I am blessed to be a mom of boys! I have always been a fitness junkie. I started my healthy lifestyle journey when I was in 3rd grade, and began playing basketball. I played several sports in high school and went on to college to play basketball. I stepped away from the rigorous exercising for a few years when I had children. As a New Year's Resolution in January 2009, I started back up again; attending fitness classes at the YMCA. A year later I found myself teaching fitness classes, wellness coaching and now personal training.

My Available Hours (varies): Sun: 1pm-10pm; Mon: 5am-7am, 5pm-10pm; Tues: 5am-7am, 5:30pm-10pm ; Wed: 5am-7am, 6pm-10pm; Fri: 4pm-10pm Sat: 7am-7pm
